Changes in the Board of Management of Triglav Re Ltd

On November 10 2009 Andrej Slapar, Member of the Board of Management of Triglav Re Ltd received a licence from Slovenian Insurance Supervision Agency to take over duties as a Member of Board of Management of Triglav Insurance Company Ltd. On that day his function as a Member of the Board of Management in Triglav Re Ltd terminated and the five year term in the Board of Management of Triglav Insurance Company Ltd started to run.
