In 2024, Pozavarovalnica, together with the Triglav Group, set out a refreshed strategy for the period from 2025 to 2030, which will be continuously reviewed and adjusted. According to the Group’s overarching strategic ambitions for this period, one of the main financial objectives will be to increase profit before tax through organic growth, well-considered acquisitions, and improved cost and process efficiency.
During the strategic period, committed and highly qualified employees will continue to help shape a modern, digital, and dynamic insurance-financial group that maintains a leading position in Slovenia and across the wider region.
