Triglav Re, Reinsurance Co.Ltd. Rated 'A-' by Standard&Poor's; Outlook Stable

On Sept. 25, 2008, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A-' long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings to Triglav Re, Reinsurance Co. Ltd. (Triglav Re). The outlook is stable. On the same day, Standard&Poor's assigned an A rating with a stable outlook to Triglav Re's mother company, Triglav Insurance Company Ltd. The ratings reflect high financial and competitive position of Triglav Group on the markets the group is present.
