Supervisory Board appointed new Member of the Board of Managament

Supervisory Board of Triglav Re named Mr. Andrej Slapar as a new Member of the Board of Management.
At a meeting of the Supervisory Board which was held on the 11.02.2009 Andrej Slapar was appointed a new Member of the Board of Management of Triglav Re. Mr. Slapar will take over the responsibilities of Member of the Board of Management of Triglav Re immediately upon receiving a license for the position of Member of the Board of Management of Triglav Re by the Insurance Supervisory Agency.
Changes in the Board of Management of Triglav Re, LtdMr. Gregor Stražar (MBA) took over the responsibilities of the Member of the Board of Management. Mr. Tomaž Rotar was appointed as a new Member of the Board of Management.
