Extended term of the Member of the Board of Management

Supervisory Board extended the term of Milena Pirš.
Supervisory Board of Triglav Re, which was held on 10 April 2008, extended the term of Mrs. Milena Pirš Member of the Board of Management responsible for Reinsurance Accounts until 31 May, 2009.
Changes in the Board of Management of Triglav Re, LtdMr. Gregor Stražar (MBA) took over the responsibilities of the Member of the Board of Management. Mr. Tomaž Rotar was appointed as a new Member of the Board of Management.
