Changes in the Board of Management of Triglav Re, Ltd

Mr. Gregor Stražar (MBA) took over the responsibilities of the Member of the Board of Management. Mr. Tomaž Rotar was appointed as a new Member of the Board of Management.
On January 18th,2010 Mr. Gregor Stražar (MBA) received a license for the position of a Member of the Board of Management of Triglav Re, Ltd. by Slovenian Insurance Supervision Agency and took over the responsibilities of the Member of the Board of Management of Triglav Re, Ltd.
At its 2nd regular meeting held on January 18th, 2010 Supervisory Board of Triglav Re, Ltd. appointed Mr. Tomaž Rotar as a new Member of the Board of Management. Mr. Rotar will take over the responsibilities as a new Member of the Board of Management after recieving a license from Slovenian Insurance Supervision Agency.

Changes in the Supervisory BoardOn September 29th, 2009 Triglav Re received a letter of resignation from Mr. Borut Eržen (PhD) announcing his irrevocable resignation as a Chairman and a Member of the Supervisory Board with effective date September 28th, 2009.
